Sunday Handbook: 10 Best Stress Cures in the World
1. Yoga Meltdown with Jillian Michaels.
2. Pretty Little Liars marathon with your besties.
3. Triple hot chocolate with a shitload of whipped cream and mini marshmallows.
4. Foot massage.
5. Sexy new dress which makes you look and feel like a goddess- or at least Beyonce, it's the same thing really.
6. A session with your favourite book and a massive mind-cleansing crying (e.g. TFIOS).
7. Hot bubble bath while listening to the calming sea sounds and burning vanilla candles.
8."About time" or other heartwarming romantic movie, preferably watched with a cuppa tea and covered in a cosy blanket.
9. New makeup, obviously.
10. Kissing and cuddling with your Bf (or friend, mom, cat, teddy bear- whoever you prefer).
