Hello everybodyy! Today I thought I'd do something I personally love to watch on Youtube or blogs- perfume collections. To me perfume bottles are (not all of them, some are pretty hideous) a form of art themselves, with all the goodness hidden inside- what can be better really? The only down side with most of the perfume is their price, that is why I don't have a huge amount of them.

I don't go into only one specific range of perfume, to me it's more like with clothes- it all depends on my mood. When I feel down, I spray something fresh or citrussy on to make me more energized and happy; when I want to feel sexy and cute, I go for sweet scents or vanilla; whenever there's an important event in my life or I want to be extra womanly and grown-up, I turn to my special scents, reserved for special occasions- usually quite mysterious and rather strong. I am going to talk about my perfume according to the three groups I just mentioned.
The ones in color are my favourite ones, in case you were wondering.

SWEET

Only after writing down all of my perfume have I noticed that I actually own three vanilla based scents. However, every one of them is completely different. The Vanillary one by LUSH is the only solid perfume I got and to be honest, I wish I had it in a spray form. The smell is lovely, it's defo the most pure and real vanilla perfume as it's all natural. The application is a bit uncomfortable though, as the stick leaves a bit of a greasy feel after you rub it into your skin and I really don't like that. Vanille noire by Yves Rocher takes you to a whole new level of vanilla scents, as it's only a variation around this particular smell- there are others, stronger ones in there. It is quite sweet but for some reason I don't like to wear it in the daytime, probably because of the 'noire' in there. It's just more appropriate for a night out due to the heaviness and sensuality. Last one, Vanilla by Body Shop is again a lot different, to me it smells a bit like a burned vanilla, perhaps mixed with caramel vibes. Although it's running low, I haven't used it that often- it was previously my Grandma's. Playboy's Pin up is without a doubt my most girly and sweet perfume. What I love about it the most is that even though it's extremely sugary and cotton candy like, it does not make me dizzy at all. I use it all the time and find it very 'me'. Also, how cute is the bottle? (bottles play a big role in my life haha). My last perfume categorised as 'sweet' has to be the Noix de Coco one by Yves Rocher again. I have already mentioned it on my blog but I will do that again- it's so tropical, summery and Malibu like that it literally makes me feel like I'm in Thailand or India or something. There's just this thing in it that I can't explain, something cosy, warm and comforting which makes it a perfect scent for the winter time.

WOMANLY

Now onto my favourite range, as being a 100% woman cannot be successful without the perfect smell that makes everyone turn their heads. Notorious by Ralph Lauren is what I call a 'chanelesque' fragrance. It reminds me of Chanel No.5 and Chanel Mademoiselle- it's very musky, strong and provocative, definitely my most grown-up scent. I only have a sample but I am seriously considering getting it. Next is my Lady Million perfume that actually does what ist says- makes me feel like a million dollars. It's probably the most seductive and sultry scent I own and therefore I classify it as my go-to going out perfume. This one is also on my wishlist so who knows, maybe I'll have more than a sample someday. Now, onto the best birthday present ever, the most gorgeous bottle, the most original smell- Under my spell Noelle by Benefit. I've been on a hunt for one of their perfumes forever so imagine my fury when I found out that the most beautiful one- So hooked on Carmella- has been discontinued!! Fortunately, I got this one as a gift and quickly forgot about the bloody Carmella girl. This scent is super hard to describe so just go a smell it for yourself if you can. It is very intriguing, exotic and full of glamour. It's also the most longlasting perfume I have ever worn. It's just the best, that's why I only wear once a year haha;p

FRESH

Starting with my least favourite ones, Sweet Chai and Island Kiss. Sweet Chai is a very pleasant smell, fresh and tea like, but it does not stay on even for a minute:( Island Kiss is a typical summer scent, quite floral and fruity. I wore it a couple of times but I would not purchase the big size in the world- Escada is just not my type. Ck One however, has been on my shelf for god knows how long- it's probably my third 200ml bottle! I find it so easy and unnoticable, especially for the days when I want to have a scent on me but not smell like crazy. It's very fresh and clean, perfect for a modern gal or a guy, as it's unisex. I love the fruitiness (is that a word?) of it and I am dying to try out the other versions of this classic. Finally, my London gal scent- Burberry's The Beat. It also smells like nothing I have ever sniffed before, it's super feminine without being too heavy or sweet- just perfect! The packaging looks quite chic and to me the whole thing just screams 'young British businesswoman'.

That is all for my perfume collection post, hopefully you enjoyed my ramble about scents I cannot describe.

Kisses,
