Valentine's Day Face: Paloma Faith inspired classic 40's look !

Hello my lovelies! 

With Valentine's Day just around the corner I could not help myself and had to post something V-day themed. This makeup look is bold but not over the top- the face is fairly simple, and I didn't add false lashes as I now they can be scary, especially on a date. 

Paloma Faith's makeup is always so beautiful, flawless and, most importantly, timeless and appropriate for every age so I took my inspiration from it. She would definitely wear long, fluttery lashes but I kept it safe. The main bit that ties the whole look together- the bright red matte lip- is totally foolproof and won't budge while devouring even the most saucy Pizza of Love, trust me. 

Here's the hero of the day- MAC's Ruby Woo in Retro Matte finish. 

Paloma uses it herself so for this look I couldn't really use anything else. It's also the most classic and perfect red there is- blue toned to make your teeth look whiter and it goes with every skintone too! 

Here are some snaps of the whole look- I may have got a bit carried away with the amount of photos but now I'm sure you know EXACTLY how to recreate it. I didn't change my makeup routine since the first PLL look too much so if you want to  know which products I use for my everyday face just head over there to find out. Also, I realize that my eyeliner could have been better as it is one of the highlights of this look, but I had a tragic Liner Day, forgive me.
