Finding the perfect concealer that will both suit our skin and cover as much or as little as we want it to, can be quite tricky. There are thousands of products out there, both cheap and high-end; however, spending a lot of money on something that doesn't work right is a pain - even if it's only from a drugstore, a lost 8 pounds always hurts!

I've put together a little guide for you, including opinions on some high coverage as well as highlighting concealers that I've tried out and loved (or hated, that happens) for all sorts of reasons.

Starting with one that everyone can afford and everyone NEEDS in their life - Collection Lasting Perfection has already achieved the level of 'makeup legends' with its incredible coverage, longlasting effect and unbelievably student-friendly price. No matter if it's a horrible, red spot or some purple under eye bruising - this baby has got you…covered!

For those of you, who don't suffer from breakouts, blemishes or discoloration (lucky girls!), but are in a need of a good under eye concealer that will look natural, last all day without gathering and also not dry out your skin, I recommend Inglot's Under Eye. This magical, almost invisible hybrid of a vitamin eye cream and a concealer will moisturise and brighten your tired eye area to make you look awake and beautiful all day.
Although, if you suffer from dark under eye bags, you might want to look for something thicker - this one is light to medium coverage.

Even a lighter option, for just a tiny bit of under eye highlight (or browbone, nose, cupid's bow - it's a multitasking product!) and brightness, is L'oreal Lumi Magique. Looks lovely on girls who don't need any coverage at all, as it brings beam to the face, but sadly does not hide at all.

This old and good Max Factor Pan Stik is technically a foundation, but wearing it all over your face would probably suffocate it - it is however, a great handbag option. You can apply it quickly to places where you have a bit of redness and uneven colour, and it will make it smooth and beautiful - it is also mattifying and non-drying! Sadly, it does not work on those tiny, but powerful spots - it only covers larger areas.

Lastly, I have a product I would not neccessarily recommend to anybody - Nyx Full Coverage was quite a disappointment, as it turned out to be patchy and thick, but did not seem to cover well at all. The shade is horribly pink and it's an overall waste of money - definitely invest in Collection instead!

I do hope this helps you decide which one is the perfect match to your needs ;) Good luck in finding your holy grail concealer. Next time - we shall look at mascaras!

Kisses,
